Seeing as I have the permission, I am posting the "love sick" scans. |D HAVE FUN, Y'ALL. Open for the moment (unless woodburner objects?); scans credited to woodburner.

The story is fairly simple: Kantarou goes for a walk in the rain and somewhere along the way has thoughts of mortality. He comes back, and essentially asks Haruka for sex. ("... let's do it.") During this, Kantarou mentions that human death is sad, especially for those left behind. Haruka tells him there's no way he (Haruka) would die before him (Kantarou).

At the very end, though, Kantarou says he didn't mean to have Haruka think that way.

"Before I die, I'll make 'Haruka' disappear."

BUT HEY IT'S SMUT BY THE CREATORS OF THE SERIES ITSELF. ENJOY. FANGIRL. NO, PLEASE, FANGIRL. XD (Or at least let me know if you're downloading from me so I can keep track. |D)

I suppose he means that before he dies he intends to set him free...

YOU KNOW WHAT. Probably the novel part makes it all a lot clearer. o_o

Before, Kantarou says something like (paraphrasing, here), "It's sad when people die ... especially for those left behind."

I personally found it a little ambiguous; is he going to end the name-contract, or does he intend to seal Haruka away before he dies? WAUGH.

In my (limited!) experience, novel-parts of douj usually do connect to the comic-parts, so there may be more to it there. :O

also right before Kantarou walks in doesn't Haruka look suspiciously WISTFUL?

Either that, or he just woke up. XD "What's that ... the sound of rain, huh ..."

We know, though, that he was napping when Kantarou left, because Kantarou mentions not waking him. :O

What was going on in that picture where they're so ridiculously cute and chibied, and Haruka has Kantarou in his lap, btw? (I swear I must make an icon of that with the caption, "It goes in the WHAT?")

Okay, so what's happening there -- Haruka is in the process of giving Kantarou a handjob. (As the captions show.) He stops and tells Kantarou to move. Kantarou protests that he doesn't want to stop "at this place," and Haruka tells him look, just do it. And that's when he picks Kantarou up and deposits him properly.

Kantarou complains he can't see Haruka's face this way, at which point Haruka points out he can still feel it fine, and they're off again. XD
