He is. But I was never a big fan of him. Still, there's tonnes of fic to choose from. Dammit but a lot of the fic I like is actually current season so I cant rec that (including two of the best kinky tardis sex fics evah XD), but for some nice angsty Jack/Ten I like this one. For some excellent gen Tardis fic (for I am weak for the Tardis) I like this. For Gen Ten fic this one is a fandom favourite, angsty, meaningful Who fic here.

And. Um. I have to agree that Nine/Jack/Rose is a fantastic threesome, and there is some fantastic fic for them, like this one.
