Dear Qwest: BITE ME

Four days counting and no Internet at home; problem is apparently some "network issue" on the server's side. All the people at the offices I have called (multiple times) are spectacularly unhelpful. Updating at sjen's apartment while they're watching the Superbowl.

"It'll be fixed in a few hours." [Thursday]
"They'll have it finished by tomorrow night." [Friday]
"There is no ETA on when this will be resolved." [Saturday and then again today]

I WANT TO STAB SOMETHING IN THE EYE WITH A PLASTIC FORK.
