Please understand why I'm shocked/pissed off after I try to step aside and you run towards me and you grab me and shake me with one of your hands trying to grab my chest.

No, saying "SORRY" and looking insulted when I don't accept does not count as a proper apology.

Dood, next time someone runs at you, bring your knee up toward their general direction and brace yourself for impact, either that or turn on your side and stick an elbow out.

Yeaaaah, sounds like a good idea. _o_ My big problem is that I just don't think about it when it's happening -- it just shocks me that it COULD.
