That honestly wouldn't surprise me at all -- it's like Tamahome was her ideal character design hands-down, and so he HAS to appear in some form or fashion in whatever story she creates.
Yeah, I'm referring to Limdo/Uruki -- he's the Seishi born with the "woman" kanji, which is just sort of hilarious to me. He takes it pretty well in stride, though. XD
Either that or he's subconciously based on a guy she had a crush on and THAT'S why he keeps reappearing.
Yeah, I have to admit. He is remarkably well adjusted for someone with such gender issues. But Nuriko still wins 'best gender confused character' hands down. I will always love Nuriko. The show may have grown slightly irritating, but Nuriko never will.
That's also a viable suggestion. XD She's pretty good at making her other characters look distinct(-ish) as shoujo goes, so WHO KNOWS.
Well, Nuriko was just sort of awesome. I just appreciate that it's the main male character as well as the primary love interest who's totally and blatantly casual about his sexchange whenever he has to use any of his power. It's awesome. XD
See, I've always thought she made her characters look very similar in her various manga. The main ones, at least, tend to always resemble Miaka and Tamahome.
Tee-hee. There's always a drawback. Most of the seishi have HUGE psychological problems, tragic pasts, or, in the case of Tasuki, they're voiced by the same guy that voices Cosmo in Fairly Odd Parents, which is right up there with having your sister killed in front of you. (Eikoden was RUINED after I learned that.)
