... And now for today's edition of You Had To Have Been There (But I Don't Actually Know Either):

Coworker JS (male): "[blahblahblah long anecdote about when he was living in New York] ... And that's when my cat got me pregnant."

Really? Well hey, I've got a copy of Kuon that I'm done with. If you want, I could send it to you? :D

I gotta be honest, though: most people don't seem to like the gameplay. The battle system IS a bit slow and clunky, and things get kinda repetitive after a while. It's also rather short -- I think I finished it in about 10 hours on my first playthrough. But the setting/atmosphere is gorgeously creepy, and the story is pretty neat for the most part. I'd say it's worth playing at least once if you're a Heian-era Japan/folklore nut and can overlook the potential gameplay issues. And you'd be getting it for free, anyway. :D

BUT OF COURSE I MEAN IT. ♥ And I totally understand the Heian-era crushing, hohoho. Just let me know your address (my email is marcelwaves at gmail.com), and I'll have it out to you sometime this week~
