Four is just sort of iconic, I think; even people who don't know the series seem to recognize Four. XD
I don't really have a favorite pairing, really -- I think I'm easy, too. XD Two of my roommates are like ROSE/DOCTOR/JACK OT3!!1! which is a lot of fun, but. I think the Doctor just being the Doctor would be a lot of fun, too. XD Tardis/Ten would be kind of awesome, though. :D
... unfortunately, we're only on, like, episode 4 with Ten (School Reunion, where he meets up with Sarah Jane and K-9 again), so there's still a lot of stuff left I haven't seen. But I am totally loving Ten, he's just such a cute enthusiastic puppy. :D
