The First: Watched Resident Evil: Appocalypse last night with Housemate E. It was sort of an exercise in frustration, because there kept being these flashes of a really awesome movie ... and then, well. ZOMBIE HANDS REACHING OUT FROM THE GRAAAAAVE. Also, the sheer pointlessness of introducing characters and focusing on them, only to suddenly and messily off them. The first movie sort of did that too, but not as badly; maybe this is just from a writer's perspective, but I was once told that you shouldn't name a character and spotlight him if, you know. HE'S GOING TO DIE TWO SCENES LATER. And it wasn't even really a cool death; it was the same way pretty much everyone died. It's like they thought "oshit! no dogs yet! we can't have that!" and threw them and the guy together and said OK FIGHT.
However, there were some very cool parts -- I actually liked the fight with the Nemesis monster (D: and I liked him, too) and Lord Jefferson whatever-his-last-name-was. Also, wossname from The Mummy, he was in it, and that was always good on the cheap fangirl front. XD

miss_arel is out of town for the weekend and there's always this problem (more on my part) of accidentally saving over each other's games, so I figured it would be best to start when we wouldn't be arguing over who got to play. And it's a three-day weekend too, score♥
I managed to play at least till the title scene. I have also decided that all plucky underaged heroes in video games seem to run the same way -- by virtue of having played more SH3, I'm going to call it the Ducky Run. you know, where they seem to throw their whole body into the running, so that all their gangly limbs get into the motion? Yeah, Ducky Run.
The Third: Our cat is naked. Not shaved, just naked. His stylish harness with its bright red heart-shaped tag lies somewhere in the depths ofrivendellrose's room, and he lived it by rolling over a lot last night and exposing shocking amounts of belly.
The Fourth: I GOT MY PENCIL BAG BACK BOOYAH. I thought I'd lost it, but it got turned into the lost&found, joyyyyyyyyyyyy. T________________T
... but I forgot my keycard AGAIN. X_X Hopefully there'll be someone else entering the office at the same time as me (likely not, though) so I don't have to bug the nice receptionist lady again. D:
