HAPPY FRIDAY EVE Y'ALL. I promise I will respond to comments this weekend! I feel sort of bad for letting them go, but er.
(Apparently the New Department Policy is updated to that I Am Not Allowed To Take Any More Vacations Or Even Lunch, No, Not Even For A Half-Hour. I, uh. I'm flattered, but damnit, you can't take my lunch away from me--!)
Bussssy month ahead too, since I'm doing NaNo (unoficially, since I never got around to going to the site and signing up), BUT. I'm not doing too bad, wordcount-wise! Actually, I'm doing better than I thought, because when I took my wordcount at lunch, it turned I was missing something like ~800 words, which I only caught because I'd been double-checking a fact from earlier in the story. At 5900 words now, which is ... actually a lot better than I've done for a while. XD go me! I've got Characters A and C; I just need to get them to Temple 1 so they can meet Character B. Onward!
Also, signed up for Yuletide, and got my assignment! (For some reason, I had been totally under the impression that I would not qualify. But it's been proven that I apparently can't read the rules/deadlines for this thing worth crap, so YAY, I MADE IT IN!)
Dear Santa-type:
Honestly, if you give it a happy ending that's not just been pulled out of thin air ("doom doom doom DOOM-- bunnies!"), I'll be happy. I have a weakness for Big Misunderstandings that are Happily Resolved, but I'm just as fond of cheerful dorky love. (I know the yuletide is all about the rare fandoms, but for comparison's sake -- GetBackers is still one of my favorite series, for the sheer amounts of stupid people being happy it has. I'm a big fan of happy.)
I'm not terribly fond of any sort of character-bashing, especially for girl-characters (since they seem to get the brunt of it D:) and while smut is fun, it is in no way necessary.
... I hope my requests don't give you too hard of a time! [rolls]
P.S. World: Black Blood Brothers is still the best cheesy-drama vampire anime no one will ever see. Why do I keep doing this to myself? D:
