...Practice practice practice? I mean, I was always really antsy about writing erotica in fanfiction aaaaaand to be honest I still am. But least year when I did yuletide I wanted to be able to write a REALLY HOT SCENE for my recipient so I basically spent the three months before Yuletide going on a kink-meme binge. Since, you know. That way I could get practice in, get concrit to a certain extent, but at the same time I didn't have to put my name to it so I wouldn't get embarrassed about it. (then December hit and my recipient specifically said "If porn is part of the plot, OK, but I usually skim over smut scenes. Not into them.") ...I have no idea if that helps any, but, uh?
