I totally have bits and pieces of a much larger, more epic crossover; the snip with zombie!Demyx was only one. (Theoretically, I have plans drawn up for all thirteen members of the Organization, though Axel's case would be a bit unique.)
And the Dresden Files crossover is ... not really spoilery because I didn't actually implicitly talk about the favor -- however, the characters in question don't show up till the fourth book, Summer Knight. (You should read more, though! The first book really is the weakest; they just get better after. :D)
