When I went to lunch (an hour ago), we had 29 tickets. Which is high for us, but still doable. What HAPPENED? Two weeks of nothing-nothing-nothing, and then suddenly six of us working nonstop can't even make a dint in our queue.
An hour later, we've got39 40.
Plus, I just got a ticket back where it takes (and I timed this, because it seemed ridiculous) literally five minutes to get any changes to reflect on the EDIT FORM.
People, for the love of little green cakes, if you're going to do HTML coding, please, please, please don't rely on what Microsoft Word "codes" for you. You can manage coding just as nice and pretty with signifigantly less clutter. I think I deleted 2kb worth of text coding and still was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff.
... I just hope that by the time six comes 'round, there'll be no pressing issues, so I can go home on time. D:
