(no subject)

Vienna Teng is amazing in concert, guys. :( I've noticed that the handful of other concerts I've been to (Flogging Molly, Great Big Sea, JoCo/Paul and Storm), there's always a kind of ... different quality? To how they sound live versus how they sound in studio recordings of songs. It may all just be in my head, but I've always noticed there's some inexplicable (by me, anyway) difference. Vienna sounded pretty much classically amazing for the whole thing, without a single sour note, and she played pretty much all of my favorite songs from her newest album, and she is adorable onstage. I'm glad I went. \o/

In other news, there is this kind of presence lurking in the back of my throat, which I suspect may turn into illness, since there is some version of the cruds going around my office. As I have guests this weekend and the week following, I refuse to allow this to happen. 8| DO YOU HEAR ME, BODY, GETTING SICK IS NOT ON THE AGENDA. I can't afford it right now, I am trying to make a few extra bucks before my move.

Also, the V*** Q**** dungeon in Persona 4 is so fabulous that I am hypnotized every time either I or roommate are level-grinding in it. Sob!
