Neti pot, neti pot, neti pot! They sell them at Walgreens/CVS/etc., and I swear by them! I've heard accounts from people who REFUSED to try them, thinking they were the stupidest thing ever, who then tried them and now SWEAR by them.
A friend of mine was turned just this last week. He had the worst sinus infection and after three days of use, it was gone.
I strongly recommend them, though it feels really weird. XD
