What sort of noise DOES a cowsheep make, anyway?
HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATING DUE TO A NUMBER OF THINGS. A handful are bad, most are good. This happens to me so often--I have the Best Of Intentions of regularly updating, and then Life Happens and suddenly it's been months. (Well, this time, it's only been weeks--days? Idk--but you know. It's the principle of things!)

PART ONE!!1111
- Is fantastically good better than I could ever write or play at old games, like shougi and mah jong and go. He once discovered the information he needed from a yamabushi tengu by beating him at go--easiest exorcism he ever performed.
- Does, in fact, never sleep. He has no need for it. :)
- Unlike like 75% of fandom, I don't think he's ever had sex, let alone with his other self. :x He's very aware of how he can attract people, and has not been above using his looks to get what he needs or wants--but it all has to do with his hunting, and nothing to do with, like, the need for human contact or warmth. He understands very well how to manipulate sex, but isn't interested in it himself.
Ginji
- Can, in fact, drive the car; Ban taught him about a year or so after they started working together. Is a better driver than Ban, because he pays attention to the road and is courteous and everything.
- Never learned to talk to animals (Shido never taught him like he did Madoka), but ... has a lot of good instinctive understanding that lets him fill in the gaps.
- Is incapable of hating people. Because he really genuinely believes there's no truly bad person, and his canon has a way of proving him right. (I think there are only a handful of exceptions where bad guys didn't get jesused at the end of their arcs, and even those that didn't usually had Reasons Ginji Could Understand.)
Sharon
- Was actually going to be engaged to Oz at one point. Half of this was politics on the public front, half of this was politics on the Pandora front. Both sides were stymied when Oz was flung into the Abyss.
- Equus was originally her mother's chain; the contract passed to her when her mother died.
- Her father is a distant sort of figure--not dead, but not terribly involved in his daughter's life, nor very powerful, having married into the one matriarchal House of the four. Sharon has tea with him on every other Sunday, where they make the kind of small talk that comes from social obligation and no particular dislike of each other's company. She's got her life as the heiress, and he has his small business dealings (he was a third son of the Barma family) to attend to.
Hakuren
- Was the motherly bossy type from very young. He was popular among the servants of his family, because while he could be very full of himself (especially with his looks), he would also scold them for not taking care of themselves and ordering them to rest if they tried to work while sick. >( The "bocchama" title was one of honest affection from the majority of them.
- Didn't get the glasses till he came to the church. Part of this was because of his father's whole "THE OAK FAMILY MUST APPEAR WITHOUT FAULT >(" regime, and part of it was that he had so much to catch up on, joining when he did, that he would read in the dark and dim a lot, straining his eyes a lot.
- Part of the reason he is so effortlessly good by the time Teito shows up is as much lots of hard work and practice on his part as well as natural talent; when he first entered the church, he was desperate to establish himself as different from the rest of the Oak family, and show that he wasn't dependant on his family for anything--he got a lot of harassment at first, for being a prissy rich boy, so devoted himself to becoming genuinely good at his studies and zaiphon practice so no one could accuse him of that.
Ren
- Is asexual. THERE, I SAID IT. I SAID IT! He isn't interested, and he will never be interested, but I think it's hilarious when he's in those situations anyway. :(
- Can, in fact, learn fighting styles by observation, though he does better if it's used to beat him up first. His pride gets in the way a lot, so that he underestimates his opponents, but he IS a "battle genius."
- Will be an avid milk-drinker all his life, even though he'll never get as big and muscle-y and strong as he still kind of hopes he will be. :x

- I HAVE MENTIONED THIS BEFORE, but Kantarou has had more sex with youkai than he has with humans. His first time was with Yakko, not quiiiite pitysex, but it's like the one time with a human that he's had fond memories of. Everything else was very anonymous and one-night-standtastic.
- On some level, he really envies Fuji the impression she left on Haruka--he's fairly certain that he won't be, and it bothers him more than he'd like to admit. He'd even take an unpleasant memory over none at all.
- He trained himself to forget to eat--mostly after he brought Youko home with him, and she began to fuss about their food (and lack of it). Once upon a time, he was actually pretty good at remembering to eat! Then he started "forgetting" so Youko could have more, and then--now he really DOES forget. :(
Sora
- Has passed most of his classes by the skin of his teeth and Kairi and Riku beating him into doing his homework and studying. He's not stupid, but his love was always PE and sports, not academics, long before the events of the first game.
- HAS AN IRON STOMACH. There are things that he doesn't like, and stuff that makes him gag looking at, but he can eat pretty much anything and not be sick later. This came in super-useful in Halloween Town. Jack loev cooking for his guests. :x
- Knows how to open locks without the Keyblade. Jack Sparrow taught him how to pick them, and it's not a skill he practices very much (if at all), but he thinks it's kind of cool, and puts him one step closer to being a PIRATE!!1 if only in his head.

And now! Sadly, some of my headcanon for Zuko got jossed with the end of the season, BUT!
- He genuinely believed his mother was dead, up till the revelation that she'd simply been exiled--a lot of his internal (and let's face it, external) angst was the feeling that he failed her, which contributed to his obsession with HONOR!!1! and its subsequent consequences.
- Is a romantic. Majorly. This is not something he will ever admit. It is like one of the few things he inherited from whatever awesome genes went into Iroh.
- Part of his classical training, as Fire Lord, involved yes, learning to sing. He isn't half-bad! But it's not something he'd ever pursue, or even could at this point, so. :'(

That said!
- She is the queen of the crossover in my headcanon--pretty much any strange and mystical figure in any canon I know has met her at least once. Some she likes more than others, some it's more of a cordial business partnership, and a handful she outright dislikes. None of them were as close to her as Clow, though some are amusing drinking buddies whose company she does genuinely enjoy.
- Once upon a time, she was an ordinary human girl. She remembers clearly how and what changed her, but she'll never tell.
- When actually and riproaringly drunk (not the playful sort-of drunk she gets with Watanuki, but well and truly smashed), she can and will carry on a conversation in multiple languages, all the ones Mokona knows and more--switching every sentence. No one is quite sure whether she's making any of them up, as she also at least feigns ignorance of her skills the next morning.

FAY
- Doesn't exactly feel heat/cold the same way that normal people would--part of it is being born in Valeria/practically raised in Celes, but part of it is his inherent magic. He can feel the major extremes, but warm vs cool doesn't really feel very different to him.
- This was nicked from
- Once when he was still fairly new to Ashura's court, a circus troop came to perform; one of the tumblers in particular was a very tall willowy woman with white-blonde hair that reminded him very much of his mother. He kind of stalked her, in the way that tiny children with a crush do, and as he grew older and developed his carefree mask, he based a lot of it on his memories of this woman. He never found out her name, but he likes to pretend she survived Ashura's purge, somehow.
KUROGANE
- Used to ask his parents for a baby brother or sister when his name-day came around. He stopped when he was old enough to realize how frail his mother actually was--but he's never really stopped wanting it, on a subconscious level. It's just that he channels it these days into a more fatherly thing.
- Is ambidexterous. Especially when it comes to weapons--he used to favor his right hand, but has trained himself to be equally proficient with both.
- Knows how to play the shamisen. Tomoyo insisted he learn, though she never said why it was important--he suspects she just thinks it was funny. Whatever, it's not like anyone else will ever find out. :|

- Reads hardboiled detective fiction, from time to time. It's one of his vices that he attempts to never let anyone know ever.

- In a more ideal world (one where the queen hadn't gone crazy and tried to get rid of him, and one where Raggs wasn't destroyed), he would have eventually entered the church anyway--though under Father Kreuz's tutorship, to serve as high priest/advisor to the heir to the throne, such as one might have appeared.
- During the month or so he was studying for the exams, he never once went back to the area where Mikage died, after Frau brought him there the first time. He'd always some find some sort of excuse, and Hakuren recognized them for that, but never actually pushed him on it.
- Would, if allowed, become a spicy food junky.
MIKAGE:
- saved every single letter his family wrote him while he was in the academy. Was, in fact, planning on menacing his little sister's crush when he visited home, and making Teito help him.
- Has an amazing sweet tooth.
- His first wish was "meet someone I could devote my life to." His last wish was, "and die for them."

- Waka was, in fact, a close advisor and friend of Princess Kaguya--it was because of him that she was sent to earth, rather than be devoured by the monsters that swarmed both Takamagahara and the moon from the Ark.
- Though he flirts like breathing, he's only ever taken three lovers in his lifetime, and has only been in love once.
- Despite being in charge of watching over the Moon Cave and Orochi's seal, he only visited Kamiki once in the hundred years following Shiranui's death, and that was right after she fell.
