AND NOW: a brief work-related rant

For the love of little green apples and uneaten worms, why is it apparently so difficult to just coherently write out a request and correctly c/p things so there's not fifty note: possibly an exaggeration back-and-forths that make us all look back, and then leave while this problem is still open when. When it's your job to do communication, and mine to do the back-end monkeywork.
