Haha, roomie and I were all confident that we wouldn't sleep in till my alarm (set for 11:30), and were all THAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME WE DON'T NEED THAT -- and whadaya know, that's what woke us both up. XD Seems the late nights are catching up to us, but OMG IRON CHEF. ... /dumb
OMGWTF, everyone's gotten a LiveJournal! Well, okay, not everyone, but d00d. WTF, I've barely checked my friends-of list since school started, and suddenly I'm seeing all these familiar faces and I am so freaking behind on that bit (Charlie, Cora, hi! Welcome to LJ!). XD;;; In that light, though, I've got to seriously cut down my own friends list, because life = busy and more often than not, I'm accessing the LJ from a computer not my own, and don't have the time to log in and go through my filters. I admit, this is probably serious laziness on my part, but another is that ... well, damnit, my flist IS long, and it's vaguely disconcerting to come back at the end of the day and find out, in order to just skim everything, I've got to go back at least one page. o_o
SO! In light of that, here's a week in advance warning, just in case people want to get their feathers ruffled and go OMGWTF I WILL DEFRIEND YOU FIRST, BEYOTCH. :D;;; Pretty much, I will keep/friend you if:
1. You are a friend from Austin or Seattle
2. I talk to you on AIM every few days, if not EVERY day
3. You're cool and I want tomercilessly stalk you read whatever you've got to say
4. You're a friend, period. I know I don't talk to some of you guys very often, but that doesn't mean I don't think of you guys fondly and I want to know how's it going for y'all. :O
It's not that I won't be reading journals on my flist -- if you're friended to me, I will go through and read your posts -- just, say, once every week or so, as opposed to every day. XD; Apologies, if I've stepped on any feet, but that's how it goes, I s'ppose. XD; I can pretty much guarentee no one's going to be missing anything by not having me friend them -- if I had a post I wanted to lock, I'd probably end up not even posting it in the first place, and writing it out in my Ventfile and then crying on the nearest convinient shoulder. XD;;;
Wooooooooo. Yay, or something. Now that Hell Week is finally over, I can get around to actually WRITING something. Or, you know, researching Greek death rituals for school, which may actually come in handy at some point in the near future for said writing. XD
