So my midterm today really really hurt (just FIVE MORE SECONDS and I could have FIXED THAT LAST PART ARGH), but hey, I came home and the dog told me he loved me (before he proceeded to shove his face into the cat's ass, but I've learned not to question him there) and I've ordered pizza.
Also, the lady at the Bartel's was very nice to me, and in retrospect, I think it was because of my shopping list -- candy, chips, cokes, and pads. XD; Plus a toothbrush, but I dunno if that counts.
Watched "Howl's Moving Castle" with housemates on ... Saturday night, I believe. As per expected of Miyazaki, it was utterly gorgeous, and I would very much like to have a better copy than the camera-rip I'd downloaded. XD (Not to say that it wasn't really well-done for such a rip, just that it's kind of jarring to be broken out of the movie because someone further down got up and walked in front of the camera. XD) I'd love to read the book now, but ten to one says that at least for a while, it's going to be hard to find as other people buy it before the movie officially gets released in America. (Especially since the Hollywood Video down the street has NO Miyazaki films available for rent at the moment; we were going to rent "Spirited Away" since I wanted to see it again and
theladyfeylene hasn't, but ...)
There's a special kind of geek hell for people who look for fic that focus more on a movie adaption of a book. Maybe it's very small and dark and crowded, but it's there, even if you're only idly looking. _o_
AUGH STUDYING FOR MURDER. But I want my lunch first. >_>
