--I survived my Biochem midterm!
The jury is still out as to whether or not that's a good thing. XD
Now I am studying for Inorganic Chem, which I SHOULD have started over the weekend, but didn't because I waspanicking studying for Biochem. >_> On the one hand, it's nice that all the tests are lumped and you don't have to worry about, say, a test a week -- but on the other hand it's really bloody annoying to have to decide "which is more important?" because in the end any bad grade can screw with your GPA and your self-esteem.
(Sadly, I am not a crazy med student wannabe, despite being in a Biochem major. I am, however, neurotic about grades, haha. I mean. I love you guys! But you're all insane and I am too haha oh my god.)
I discovered that my local Kinokuniya actually has a DVD of that big wossname FMA event they had when the series ended -- the one where it was a competition between Paku Romi, Kugimiya Rie and Winry's seiyuu (whose name I somehow always forget, though I know it's T-something Megumi?) VS! Ohkawa Tohru, Fujiwara Keiji and Envy's seiyuu (whose name I always forget, but it's something with a -mayu- in there somewhere) and the older characters lose and so Ohkawa sings? That event, yeah!
So there's a DVD of it at Kinokuniya but it's something like $60+ and Region-2 only (naturally, haha). And while I could probably finagle someone I know to mod my PS2 ... I really wanna play "We Love Katamari" and have been warned not to buy it for myself, so. D: Also, apparently they're translating the novels, which somehow I didn't think would happen -- not in the "oh, they'll never do it" way, but in the "this totally didn't cross my mind, huh!" way. Apparently one of the shorts from the East Side Gimp Brigade fillerep came from the same novel with Russel and Fletcher, who knew?Aside from me now, since I'm usually the last to hear about this sort of thing.
I really wanna write something, 'cos I owe
shukiai fic from the last request thingit and
takadainmate my soul more fic, and there is SHINY DOUJ WAITING FOR ME AS SOON AS I DEPOSIT MY CHECKS AND HAVE MONEY OH HO HO HO and ... ah. Inorganic chemistry rears its ugly head.
So, how 'bout them Lewis Bases? D:
Also, in my head, I'm still debating what's sexier: cat ninja or space pirate.
