Please understand why I'm shocked/pissed off after I try to step aside and you run towards me and you grab me and shake me with one of your hands trying to grab my chest.

No, saying "SORRY" and looking insulted when I don't accept does not count as a proper apology.

Basically, I was on my way to work, and this guy comes PELTING DOWN THE SIDEWALK. I'm in his way, so I move to the side, thinking he wants to catch the bus (I'd just passed a stop), but he ANGLES RIGHT FOR ME, and while I'm still trying to process this, he grabs me, one hand on my chest (I had my arm up in the way in time) and the other on my back and SHAKES me, yelling "SORRY, SORRY." He then sort of tosses me off, takes off, and I turn to stare incredulously, and he gets this sort of "well, excuuuuuuuse me!" look on his face and says "SORRY" again before running off.

I was like ".... KDFJWU#*R(#%R I SHOULD HAVE KICKED YOU IN THE BALLS," but as always, I don't think about these things till after the fact. D:

I don't know, but it creeped me out. D: I would've just sort of chalked it off to normal rudeness if I didn't see him CHANGE HIS TRAJECTORY towards me, or the yelling in my face when he shook me.
