I FINISHED MY imaginarybeasts STORY~ IN SPITE OF EVERYTHING, I FINISHED IT~

It was kind of sad; this issue's theme pinged me so hard, but at the same time, I had so many false starts that it was getting a little ridiculous, and I was worried I wouldn't make it. :( I DID, THOUGH, e-even if the story is a little bit unfinished, it feels like. (I guess this means I should write part two for a later issue?) BUT IT'S DONE. FINITO. HURRAH. I CAN WORK ON OTHER STUFF NOW. \o/

Like, you know. Since my copy of Disgaea for the PSP finally came in (two weeks after I ordered it, boo), I can work on leveling! I have a lot to catch up with, before Coworker JD and I can have our EPIC BATTLE. :|b Which will be extremely epic and may involve some trashtalking or worse. I dunno yet. \o/

But man, because of that story -- which I am mostly happy with, though impressions are subject to going swiftly downhill once euphoria wears off -- I feel like I've been in such a slump. I need to get back into writing things more regularly and procrastinating less; it's already March, what happened to my resolutions to write more! They're still there, but they feel a little bit like they've been languishing. So obviously, I need to pick myself back up again and get the ball rolling; I already have a few things I'm already poking around with, though right now (curse you, Daylight Savings), I feel mostly tired and giddy in that "hahahahahahaha-- TAKE THAT WORLD!!1!" sort of way. The big thing is that I finished imaginarybeasts, so I no longer have to feel guilty if I work on. Well. Anything else. /o/

I think it's probably that impression of a slump that's been the problem for me; I feel kind of like there is something, somewhere, I am doing terribly wrong -- writing or RPing or just interacting with people in general.

You guys would tell me if I'm doing anything wrong, right? D:

Other than thaaaaat, I am ... probably going to play some Disgaea as a reward for finishing my story, yay! But. First.

SOMEONE HIT ME WITH DRABBLE REQUESTS BECAUSE REALLY I JUST WANT TO WRITE FIFTY GAJILLION SMALL SMALL THINGS THAT DON'T INVOLVE 1000+ WORDS OF BACKSTORY TO GET ANYWHERE INTERESTING. I WILL EVEN WRITE PORN. SOB.

Guys guys guys. I know there are people out there who thought the idea of girl!Fay/Sakura was awesome, but you know what is also awesome? Girl!Kurogane in Outo Country. I know this to be a fact and gisho has written it, so go show him the love it deserves, k. :|b
