Because I promised I'd do this like ... uh. Last week? But what with the LJ kerfluffles, having a guest, and being MAD DISTRACTABLE, I never got around to it -- on the other hand, I've been poking anyone I see on my flist with this, so I figured I'd return the favor. :)
Leave a comment if you want to know what I really think of you, and I'll reply and tell you. No lies, all honesty.*

* Unless I don't actually know you -- if we've not talked a lot, but you're on my flist, you can generally assume I find you a nice, interesting person, and then I'm going to go TOTALLY LEFT FIELD and spin you a story about how you saved my life from fish-people or angry zombie squirrels. :D

Sometimes I think you're not for real -- people have called me cheerful, but you're so bippy and out there when I'm still bleary-eyed and cranky from no sleep, which is why I probably come across as surly sometimes when we talk. XD; But I think that's a good thing, too, because this world's too damn negative about everything and anything to begin with, so I'm a big fan of cheer.
... also, you are totally evil and I don't care how innocent you try to pretend to be. I KNOW BETTER! XD

... more seriously, I don't actually find you that scary, how much I joke about it -- you just seem very focused and determined, and compared to how easy-going most everyone ELSE I know is, that stands out a lot. You come across as so organized and on the ball, even when you say you're freaking out, that it occasionally intimidates me -- but only when I'm not talking to you; when we're hanging out or whatever, I forget that. :) And your sheer dedication to your writing, through its ups and downs, is really something I admire a lot. ♥

I think you've matured a lot in just the two years I've known you; you were never really "immature," but you've gotten a lot more confident and comfortable with yourself compared to how you were at the beginning of your freshman year. And sometimes I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit for picking up and soldiering on -- so you mess up sometimes, but don't we all? Me, I think it's what you do with the aftermath that counts, and you've always done well with that. I think sometimes the clashes you might have are a result of people (including yourself) forgetting you're still younger than most of us, and still learning, and you're allowed to cut yourself some slack, you know? You're talented and smart and an awesome squishy person, and I would not have asked you to be my roommate otherwise♥
Also, I think that while it's kind of neat experimenting with the living alone, I will be happier when you're back and I can poke my head in your room at one in the morning and announce something random before wandering off. :D

I occasionally forget you're still all small and cute because half the time, I think of you as the same "level" as me -- not so much in a way that's easily explainable, but it means that I'm very comfortable hanging out with you and geeking about STUPID THINGS. The fact we can pick up chatting MONTHS AND MONTHS after our last conversation like it was just yesterday pleases me to no end♥ You're level-headed in a way people older than both of us often fail to be, but you don't let that get in the way of you having fun and throwing yourself out there, and I admire that -- I'm too lazy/self-conscious for it. XD
You're cute and brilliantly talented and fun, and if I had my choice of it, I'd adopt you as another roommate thingit so I could pet you and feed you and geek with you. ♥♥♥

You're in my rare fandoms with me, and it's fun spazzing out with you about those fandom things. :D I am occasionally sad that IRC is an unknown that tends to confuse/tire me out, because I would love to chat with you real-time and see what sort of madness would come out of that, but I'm so oldschool I stick with AIM. XD
But you're the sort of enthusiastic and fun that reminds me why I like fandom, and making fandom friends, and I hope my lame attempts at being perky at you when you're not so up have helped at least a little. :D

On a less made-up note, no, we don't know each other very well, but it always seems like we have very similiar ideas/opinions, and I think if we did end up hanging out, we'd get along very well -- which, honestly? Is always a fantastic thing in my book. :D

Eh, hell, I still do♥ Because even when you're jaded, you've always been very kind and patient with me, you're smarter and more dedicated than I've ever been (medical students, you guys intimidate me D:), and you're just plain cool♥ Seriously, best mephistopheles EVER. :D

No, I'm serious -- my impression of you is one of frentic dashing energy, because it seems like you're always doing fifty gajillion things at once and you're still not insane. Or, you know, at least you're doing a credible impression of cheerful borderline sanity. XD It's awe-inspiring, but holy crap, how do you LIVE. XD

I'm sad we don't get to hang out that often (though I get why, logistics and mutual tendency towards hermity homebodyness), because you're fun to hang out with, and your kiwi-voice is something that is guarenteed to make me laugh. :D On the other hand, I always feel vaguely lame compared to you, since I'm always kind of blundering around, but when you do it, it's adorable. But you're also resilient and tough and you've got a better grip on knowing yourself and the world around you than a lot of other people I know, self included, and I'm constantly impressed by that. Seriously. :D
I am also envious of your upcoming proximity to the ZOO, just so you know. ;)

I could make up something for you, too! Like, I dunno, ALIENS ON THE ROOF! or something like that. :DIt's been a long time since we chatted, but what I do remember is that you were always fun to talk to -- I'm usually not good at sustaining conversations, but I did better with you than a lot of others. XD I always feel vaguely regretful that I don't follow Naruto, because that pretty much rules out ~90% of your fic, but I still have that one birthday fic you wrote for me mem'ed, and it still gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling to reread♥

I'm not in a whole lot of the same fandoms as you are, but I find your "voice" engaging to read -- so while I usually give your fics a skip because of the former, the later keeps me reading your entries, and recently I've been finding I appreciate a fandom blog more than I do fic, so this is a good thing!
And I sometimes worry that I must come across as very shallow and irritating to you, which is really the last thing I'd want to do -- I hope I've never offended you in turn. XD;

You're sort of a mystery to me a lot of the time, because of everyone in the group, I think you're one of the very few I haven't hung out with alone. On the other hand, having known you since hobbit-days, I consider you a tremendously rock-steady person; you take changes and potholes and changes in the wind with a sort of wryly amused aplomb that I don't think I could ever manage, and I admire you for it. There's something about you that feels instinctively trustworthy to me, and accompanied by that levelheadedness of yours, I have this perfect confidence that if I ended up in some sort of jam, you'd be able to help somehow, by sheer awesome Sean-ness.
I think you've got the potential to be very distant and maybe even a little cruel, but that you chose instead to be friendly and polite to everyone, and I respect that a lot; you've got this easy way of talking to people and drawing them out unlike anyone else I've ever met. You're have leadership skills out the wazoo; you're disgustingly smart and bizarrely lucky and one of the most interesting and coolest guys I know. I brag about knowing you, and I'm glad you're my friend♥
Also, I keep staring at your icon and giggling. :D

I remember when I first got linked to your fic, and I was seriously surprised you weren't more well-known; we're in sort of sattelliting fandoms at this point (since I think the only one we share right now is KH), but you're someone I'd rec to people asking about your other fandoms without reservation. You're articulate in your non-fic writings even when you're in happy fangirl mode, which is something I've never managed, and I'm sort of lamely hoping that when you move to Seattle, I'll get to meet and hang out with you now and then (that is, if I don't totally put you off by being my small squishy self XD;).
Also, you're a werewolf fan, which makes you about ten times cooler than any vampire fan in my book. XD

Out of everyone who's commented here so far, I've known you the longest -- which may or may not color my opinions of you, but don't worry! It's good. :B You're one of the most outright elegant people I've ever met, sort of like all those mentions in fictions about unconscious grace? You've got a lot of that, and I think it's almost better that you're not always consciously aware of it, because while it wouldn't ruin that poise, it's more effective for being instinct.
Sometimes I think you worry too much about wanting to save the world (or at least educate it) and it keeps you from just relaxing and having fun without worrying about the greater social consequences, but at the same time, I really admire your eloquence and passion when most people would be willing to let it go since they're not directly affected.
And I think we should totally hang out more, now that I'm living a floor up from the Doom Unicorn Team, right? Right? 8Db

First off, I want to say that your sheer determination and bloody-minded perserverance in the face of being a medical student is incredible. I'm forever and always in awe of you medical students in sheer not bellying up and going under with all the stresses heaped upon you. You're holding up under all that better than I think you give yourself credit for, which is pretty fantastic.
That said, I sometimes get the feeling that you're way too focused on the RPs you're in. You get *so* focused on them and the people involved with them, that for people who aren't involved (like myself), it's really hard to hang out and just geek like we used to; it's kind of off-putting to be at a group shindig and have you announce that all you can't wait to get home and write, like you'd rather be doing that than hanging out with all the rest of us. I don't think you do it on purpose, but there are times where you come across as rather dismissive of things that don't interest you, and I feel like I can't actually share a lot of the things I like or I'm enthusiastic about with you because me, I don't take rejection very well, and if I can avoid feeling like a putz for fangirling something I like, I'll just stay silent. I honestly don't feel like I know you as well as I used to, and I find that really sad, because I genuinely like you, and I consider you still a very good friend -- I just also feel like because I'm not in any RPs with you, I'm something to be occasionally tolerated as an amusement, but not someone to actually geek with, and I miss that.
I, er, hope you don't take this as an attack, because it's not meant to be; I do think you're a fantastic person, and one who's come a long way since we've met -- I just miss not being as close to you as I used to be, and it feels less because of time/distance and more because I'm not in on the club of RPers. ^^;
